Privacy Policy

This policy explains what CoachingWheels collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable.
The short version. We collect what is needed to run your account and nothing else. We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. We do not look at the coaching content you create, except when you ask us for support.
Who is responsible
CoachingWheels, operating from Bulgaria, is the data controller for your account data. You can reach us at contact@coachingwheels.com.
Data about your coaching clients
If you use CoachingWheels with your own clients, you decide what information about them you enter. For that information, you are the data controller and we are your processor. We process it only to provide the service to you.
This matters in practice: if one of your clients wants their information corrected or deleted, they should ask you, not us, and you can do it from within the product. We will help if you need us to.
What we collect

We do not store your card details. Payment information is handled entirely by Paddle. We receive only the status of a subscription and the amount, never a card number.
Trackers and cookies
We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or session-recording tools. The cookies we set are the ones required for you to stay signed in.
Paddle sets its own cookies during checkout. These are described in Paddle's privacy notice.
Who else processes your data
We use a small number of providers to run the service. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

| Our hosting provider | Running the servers and storing the database. |
Some of these providers operate outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your content within 30 days, except where we must keep records longer — most commonly billing records, which tax law requires us to retain.
Server logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.
Your rights
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. If you are elsewhere, your local law may give you similar rights, and we apply these rights to everyone regardless.
To exercise any of them, email contact@coachingwheels.com. We will respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to your local data protection authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
Security
Access to the service is over an encrypted connection. Passwords are handled by Auth0 and are never stored on our systems. Access to production data is limited to those who need it to operate the service.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Children
CoachingWheels is intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make a significant change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify account holders by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
