Terms of Service
Effective 13 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and CoachingWheels for the use of CoachingWheels. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.
Who we are
CoachingWheels is operated from Bulgaria. You can reach us at contact@coachingwheels.com.
Purchases are fulfilled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle issues your invoice and is responsible for collecting applicable taxes. Paddle's own terms apply to the payment transaction itself.
Your account
You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens under your account.
An account is for one person. You may invite others to collaborate where the product supports it, but sharing a single set of credentials between people is not permitted.
Plans and what they include
Plans differ in how many portfolios you may keep. The current plans and prices are shown on our pricing page. We may change prices for future billing periods, and if we do, we will tell you before the change affects you.
Payment and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep access until then.
Prices are shown excluding tax. Any VAT or sales tax that applies in your country is added at checkout and collected by Paddle.
If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it succeeds. We will attempt to contact you before doing so.
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms.
Your content
The wheels, portfolios, notes, and other material you create remain yours. We claim no ownership over them.
You give us permission to store and process that content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you. We do not review it, and we do not use it to train anything or to build other products.
You are responsible for having the right to enter any information about other people, including your coaching clients, and for telling them how their information is used. See our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully, or to store unlawful material
- attempt to gain access to accounts or data that are not yours
- interfere with the operation of the service, or attempt to circumvent plan limits
- resell or redistribute the service without our written agreement
If you breach these terms in a serious or repeated way, we may suspend or close your account. Where circumstances allow, we will warn you first and give you an opportunity to put it right.
Availability
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, faults, and problems at our providers can cause downtime. We do not offer a service level agreement on these plans.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription and, if you wish, asking us to delete your account.
We may end this agreement by giving you reasonable notice. If we do so for a reason other than your breach of these terms, we will refund the unused portion of any period you have paid for.
Before your account is closed, you can export your content. After closure, we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy, and it cannot be recovered.
Liability
CoachingWheels is a tool that supports your professional work. It does not provide coaching, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and the responsibility for how you use it with your clients is yours.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will notify account holders by email and update the effective date at the top of this page. If you do not accept the change, you may cancel; we will refund the unused portion of your current period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, and the courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction over disputes.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of law in your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
